We're a scratch micro bakery tucked away in Meridian, Texas, which means everything you order is made from scratch, in small batches, with real ingredients — no shortcuts, no preservatives, just honest bread and handcrafted goods baked with care.

Friday & Saturday Wagon Pickups
We keep things local and personal. On Fridays and Saturdays, we run our "Wagon" pickup days — a simple, friendly way to get your order fresh from us here in Meridian. No shipping, no waiting on a truck. Just you, your order, and the satisfaction of knowing exactly where your bread came from.
